碳纳米管对固废混凝土力学性能及微观结构的影响研究

在固废混凝土中添加不同比例碳纳米管,通过试验研究碳纳米管对固废混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度等力学性能和耐久性能的影响.研究结果表明,适量添加碳纳米管可以明显提高固废混凝土的力学性能,其中添加0.1%碳纳米管时,混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度分别提高 16.19%、19.41%;碳纳米管可促进水泥基体的水化反应,形成更为均匀的水化产物,显著改善固废混凝土的微观结构,使固废混凝土中的孔隙结构更加致密.综上可知,碳纳米管可显著改善固废混凝土的力学性能及微观结构,有效提高其耐久性.研究结果可为固废混凝土性能提升和固废资源化利用提供新途径.
Research on the Influence of Carbon Nanotubes on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Solid Waste Concrete
Adding different proportions of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to solid waste concrete,the influence of carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties and durability,such as compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile strength,was studied through experiments.The research results indicate that the appropriate addition of CNTs can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete.When 0.1%CNTs were added,the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete increased by 16.19%and 19.41%,respectively.Carbon nanotubes can promote the hydration reaction of cement matrix,form more uniform hydration products,and significantly improve the microstructure of solid waste concrete,which makes the pore structure in solid waste concrete more dense.As can be seen from the above,CNTs can significantly improve the mechanical properties and microstructure of solid waste concrete,and effectively enhance its durability.The research provide a new approach for improving the performance of solid waste concrete and utilizing solid waste resources.
