Impact Analysis and Control Measures of Shield Tunnel Passing Under Subway Stations
Based on the background of a shield tunnel passing under an existing station in the first phase of Zhengzhou Metro Line 7 project,this paper uses numerical simulation to study the deformation influence of the shield tunnel construction process on the existing station.Based on the comparison of the automated monitoring data of the operating subway station,the numerical analysis results are relatively close to the measured data,providing theoretical support for ensuring the normal operation of the existing station.The research results show that:(1)during the period of the shield tunnel passing under the existing operating station,the station structure remains stable without any new cracks,water leakage,or other defects.All deformation indicators of the station are within the allowable range of the control value,ensuring the normal operation of the station.(2)Compared with the traditional shield construction method,the vertical deformation of the station caused by the clay shock method construction is significantly reduced.(3)By strengthening the cutter head design of shield,the shield machine can successfully complete the subsequent section excavation after grinding away the station retaining piles.
