小曲线大坡度节段拼装架桥机研制与应用

为解决香港粉岭高架桥小曲线、大坡度、大跨度节段梁拼装架设技术难题,联合厂家设计研制了DP125/62 m节段拼装架桥机.设备采用桁架式2 跨长主梁和4 支腿体系,主梁全对称设计,前后辅助支腿安装位置可互换,2 个活动中支腿可实现双向架梁,天车走行机构、起升机构均采用变频技术,吊具可实现±180°平转及自主调整节段空中姿态.通过工程应用验证了整机首、末跨低墩架梁,小曲线半径、大坡度架梁,整机变跨、双线变幅架梁,整机安全高效、方便快捷.设备在香港粉岭高架桥项目成功应用,解决了各类特殊工况条件下T构节段拼装架设难题.本文总结的小曲线、大坡度架梁工艺成果,为国内外同类桥梁施工提供了设备研制与工程实践经验.
Development and Application of Assembling Bridge Erecting Machine with Small Curve and Heavy Slope
In order to solve the technical problems of assembling and erecting small curve,large slope and long span section beams of Fanling Viaduct in Hong Kong,the DP125/62 m section assembling and erecting machine was designed and developed by joint manufacturers.The equipment adopts trussed 2-span main beam and 4-leg system,the main beam is fully symmetrical design,the installation position of the front and rear auxiliary legs can be interchangeable,the two moving legs can be bidirectional beam,the crane running mechanism and lifting mechanism both adopt frequency conversion technology,the spinner can achieve±180 °flat rotation and independent adjustment of the segmental air attitude.Through the engineering application,it is verified that the whole machine is safe,efficient,convenient and fast,with low pier girder in the first and last span,small curve radius and large slope,and the whole machine is variable span and double line variable amplitude frame.The successful application of the equipment in Fanling Viaduct project in Hong Kong has solved the difficult problem of T-segment assembling girder under various special working conditions.The technological achievements of small curve and large slope girder erection summarized in this paper provide equipment development and engineering practical experience for the construction of similar bridges at home and abroad.
