Research on Anti-Floating Construction Technology of Cast-in-Place Reinforced Concrete Beamless Hollow Core Building Cover
Cast-in-place concrete beamless hollow floor cover structure using filler mold boxes, due to the filler mold box quality is light, floating phenomenon is prone to occur during the construction process, using ordinary construction program is difficult to effectively control the floating. For this reason, this paper takes the new campus project of Hengshui First Middle School Lanzhou Branch as an example, and proposes the anchoring interlocking system to control the uplift of the infill mold box disposal program:two steel bars are pressed onto the mold box in a cross shape, with the cross point located in the middle of the mold box plane holes. The wire is used to tie the pressure bar through the hole to the back flute of the bottom mold, and the pressure of the pressure bar and the tensile force of wire are fully utilized to balance the buoyancy generated in the process of concrete pouring to form an anchoring interlocking system. After on-site monitoring and verification,10 monitoring units were collected, and the maximum uplift height difference was 7 mm,all of which met the specification requirements. After the completion of construction, quality inspection and acceptance are conducted, and all the elevations of all the mold boxes in the continuous span are accepted, indicating that the anchorage interlocking system to control the uplift of the filled mold boxes is feasible.
