Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics and Seismic Performance of High-Speed Railway Station Structure
The seismic performance analysis and assessment of high-speed railway station structures are crucial due to their extensive span, compact frequency range, and intricate dynamic characteristics, which are significantly different from traditional structures. The Midas software was used to conduct modal analysis and response spectrum seismic analysis on a certain high-speed railway station structure, comprehensively evaluating its seismic performance. The results indicate that the structure of the high-speed railway station has complex vibration modes, with the first and second modes dominated by roof displacements in the X and Y directions respectively, and the third mode dominated by roof torsion in the Z direction.During the elastic stage, the maximum inter-story drift angles in the X and Y directions are 1/1 602 and 1/1 556 respectively, which is approximately 1/6 of the specified limit values in the seismic design code.Furthermore, the shear weight ratios in the X and Y directions under horizontal multi-directional seismic conditions are 0.061 and 0.052 respectively, which are approximately three times the specified limit values in the seismic design code. Both ratios satisfy the requirements of the seismic design code. The stiffnesses in the X and Y directions are similar, and the seismic performance is determined by both directions.
