Pile Strength Analysis of Cement-Soil Mixing Pile Based on Core Drilling Method
The core drilling method is an important means to evaluate the strength of cement-soil mixing piles.Based on a highway foundation treatment project, this paper briefly describes the key points of instruments and equipment and testing technology involved in the quality testing of cement mixing piles by core drilling method, proposes the calculation method of compressive strength of core samples, carries out the sampling work of core drilling method of cement-soil mixing piles, conducts uniaxial unconfined compressive strength test on the strength of the pile, and analyzes the characteristics of the test curve. The results show that the standard value of the pile strength is 1.76 MPa,and the representative value of the strength is between 1.31~2.77 MPa,which meets the strength design requirements, and the compressive strength of the mixing pile shows a top-down decreasing trend along the depth direction, that is,there is an"effective pile length"for load transfer. When the pile length exceeds this limit, continuing to increase the pile length has no significant effect on the improvement of bearing capacity.
