Application of 3D Laser Scanning in the Construction of Large-Scale Shaped Curved Fair-Faced Concrete
A three-dimensional laser scanning technology is proposed to be applied in the external dimension inspection method of large-scale fair-faced concrete shaped curved formwork. In the project of the Great River Civilization Museum on Guangyang Island,3D laser scanning is used to obtain the point cloud of large-scale shaped curved formwork and detect the dimensions of the formwork, and the deviation is quickly found through the two coordinate alignment methods and 3D model matching.Timely correction of quality defects in the external dimensions of the curved formwork solves the problem of detecting the molding dimensions of large-scale shaped curved concrete formwork. It reduces the labor cost and material cost for the inspection of the curved formwork, shortens the inspection time, ensures the processing and installation precision of the shaped curved formwork, and realizes the high-quality pouring of the shaped curved concrete.
