As a regional transportation hub,the development of the upper cover of high-speed railway stations(DUCRS)has high economic and social benefits,and research is needed to improve the rationality of overlying development in terms of formats and scale.Based on Transit-Oriented Development(TOD)theory and the development of the upper cover of high-speed railway stations cases at home and abroad,this article proposes a comprehensive evaluation process for DUCRS,analyzes and sorts out the main influencing factors of the potential,formats,and scale of DUCRS,and takes Hangzhou West Railway Station as a case,the evaluation process and theoretical system are practically applied to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system,in order to provide suggestions and guidance for future planning of DUCRS.
