摘要

随着信息技术飞速发展和企业管理环境的复杂化,人力资源管理在企业中的角色和重要性日益凸显.传统的人力资源管理方式已逐渐难以满足现代企业对效率、精确性和战略性支持的需求,人力资源信息系统的引入成为提升企业管理水平和竞争力的重要手段.本研究旨在分析人力资源信息系统建设、开发及其带来的效益,结合具体工作内容和实际案例,探讨其对企业管理的重要意义.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the complexity of enterprise management environment,the role and importance of human resource management in enterprises have become increasingly prominent.The traditional human resource management method has been gradually difficult to meet the needs of modern enterprises for efficiency,accuracy and strategic support.The introduction of human resource information system has become an important means to improve the management level and competitiveness of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the construction,development and benefits of human resource information system,and explore its important significance for enterprise management in combination with specific work content and actual cases.
