ZHWB沥青温拌剂的研制及性能评价

温拌剂是一种可以降低改性沥青和混合料加工温度的材料,广泛应用于沥青路面低温施工和厂拌再生等领域.对基于咪唑啉表面活性剂的油溶性沥青温拌剂(ZHWB)进行温拌沥青及混合料制备,并对其性能进行测试.结果表明:在适宜掺量下,自研温拌剂对沥青针入度和软化点指标影响不大,而对延度有所提高;在适宜掺量下,自研温拌剂对沥青混合料的路用性能无不良影响,掺量大时ZHWB-SX高温性能敏感,而对ZHWB-QH影响不大,经测试可降低拌和与成型温度20℃.因此,咪唑啉表面活性剂可以作为油溶性温拌剂使用,经合理设计可达到不亚于酰胺类表面活性剂型温拌剂的使用效果.
Development and Performance Evaluation of ZHWB Asphalt Warm Mix Additive
Warm mix additive is a material that can reduce processing temperature of modified asphalt and mixtures,and is widely used in low-temperature construction of asphalt pavement and plant mixing recycling.This article describes the preparation of warm mix asphalt and mixtures using imidazoline surfactant based oil soluble asphalt warm mix(ZHWB),and tests its performance.The results showed that,at an appropriate dosage,self-developed warm mix agents had little effect on asphalt penetration and softening point,but improved ductility.At the appropriate dosage,self-developed warm mix agent has no adverse effect on road performance of asphalt mixture.When the dosage is high,ZHWB-SX are sensitive to high temperature performance,while ZHWB-QH have little effect.Tests have shown that it can reduce the mixing and forming temperature by 20℃.Therefore,it is determined that imidazoline surfactants can be used as oil soluble warm mix additive,and with reasonable design,they can achieve a usage effect no less than that of amide surfactants warm mix additive.
