夯管法施工在管线穿越铁路工程中的研究和应用

随着我国社会经济持续高速发展,城市化进程不断加快,水、电、暖、油气等管线工程越来越频繁地穿越铁路.管线穿越铁路主要采用非开挖技术进行施工,主要有顶管法、水平定向钻法和夯管法.当顶管法、水平定向钻法受铁路运输条件、周围环境等条件限制时,夯管法优势得以体现.通过对夯管法施工进行数值模拟,对夯管振动作用下路基稳定性及沉降进行技术分析,得出夯管管径、埋深、夯力、地层等之间的相互影响规律,并通过工程实例总结不同地层的可夯性,为夯管法施工在管线穿越铁路工程中的应用提供理论和技术支撑.
Research and Application of the Pipe Ramming Method Construction in Pipeline Crossing Railway Engineering
With the sustained and rapid development of social economy of China,urbanization process is accelerating,and there appeared more and more pipeline projects such as water,electricity,heating,oil and gas frequently crossing the railway.Trenchless technology is often used for construction of pipeline crossing railway,mainly including pipe jacking method,horizontal directional drilling method and pipe ramming method.Pipe ramming method shows its advantages when pipe jacking and horizontal directional drilling methods are limited by railway transportation conditions and surrounding environment.In this study,numerical simulation on pipe ramming method construction is carried out to investigate stability of subgrade and settlement induced by the vibration of the rammed pipe.The law of mutual influence among diameter of the rammed pipe,buried depth,ramming force and stratum characteristics has been obtained.Ramming ability of different strata is summarized through engineering practical cases,which provides theoretical and technical support for the application of ramming method construction in pipeline crossing railway engineering.
