摘要

泥水盾构施工过程中,开挖舱内泥浆渗透成膜与否对开挖面的稳定尤为重要.结合泥浆渗透成膜研究现状,将泥浆分为粘稠型泥浆和颗粒型泥浆两类,并针对两种泥浆渗透成膜规律研究进展进行分析,提出用以提高泥浆粘度的增粘剂及泥浆中添加的颗粒材料是影响泥膜生成的主要因素.影响粘稠型泥浆在地层中渗透成膜的主要因素为泥浆流变特性和泥浆中膨润土颗粒粒径,而影响颗粒型泥浆在地层中渗透成膜的主要因素为泥浆的颗粒级配、泥浆中所添加颗粒材料粒径及含量.本研究可为泥水盾构在不同地层掘进过程中泥浆配置提供参考依据,同时对泥浆渗透成膜科学问题进行研究展望.

Abstract

During the construction process of slurry shield tunneling,it is particularly important for the stability of the excavation surface whether the mud in the excavation chamber penetrates into a film or not.This article focuses on the current research status of mud infiltration film-forming,dividing mud into two types:viscous mud and granular mud.The research progress of the two types of mud infiltration film-forming laws is analyzed,and it is proposed that the main factors affecting mud film formation are the viscosity enhancers used to increase mud viscosity and the particle materials added to mud.The main factors affecting the infiltration and film formation of viscous mud in the formation are the rheological properties of the mud and the particle size of bentonite in the mud,while the main factors affecting the infiltration and film formation of granular mud in the formation are the particle size distribution of the mud,the particle size and content of the particulate material added to the mud.This study can provide reference for the mud configuration during the excavation process of mud water shield tunneling in different strata,and also provide research prospects for the scientific issues of mud infiltration and film formation.
