随着铁路运输业不断发展,铁路日常维护作业及技术改造施工作业越来越多.为保障铁路运输的安全性和高效性,需对铁路施工作业进行智能化管控.基于此,开发一款采用北斗卫星高精度定位、射频识别、铁路地理信息地图、实时通信等先进技术,将智能化工具、装备及管理策略融合为一体的铁路施工作业智能化管控系统,实现通道门锁指令控制、作业电子围栏、作业打卡、人员轨迹、工机具全过程盘点记录、作业实时监测、历史作业查看等功能,进而实现对日常维护及施工作业流程的全面管控和实时监测,确保作业流程规范、人员安全、工机具管理精细化,从而提高铁路运输安全性和效率,具有智能化、高效化、便捷化的特点,是铁路日常维护作业管理的重要工具.
Research on Railway Construction Operation Control System Scheme Based on BeiDou
With the continuous development of railway transportation,there are more and more daily maintenance and technical renovation construction operations for railways.In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of railway transportation,intelligent control of railway construction operations is necessary.Based on this,an intelligent control system for railway construction operations is developed that integrates intelligent tools,equipment and management strategies with advanced technologies such as BeiDou satellite high-precision positioning,radio frequency identification,railway geographic information maps,and real-time communication.The system realizes functions such as channel door lock command control,electronic fence for operation,clocking in for operation,personnel trajectory,full process inventory record of work tools,real-time monitoring of operation,and historical operation viewing,thereby achieving comprehensive control and real-time monitoring of daily maintenance and construction operation processes,ensuring standardized operation processes,personnel safety,and refined management of work tools,thereby improving the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.It has the characteristics of intelligence,efficiency,and convenience,and is an important tool for daily maintenance and operation management of railways.
