Research on Batch Replacement Concrete Reinforcement Technology of Beam-Column Joints in High-Rise Buildings Under Construction
For multi-story and high-rise concrete structures, due to special reasons, the concrete strength of beam-column joint and other parts does not meet the design requirements.A method of replacing concrete in batches at beam-column joint and using prismatic steel supports for replacement and reinforcement is proposed. It is possible to replace only the unqualified concrete parts of the lower structure without processing the qualified upper structure, and the upper structure can be constructed normally during the lower reinforcement construction, without affecting the construction period.Based on an example of a high-rise reinforcement project under construction, this paper introduces in detail the construction process of this reinforcement method, including temporary support, concrete replacement, etc. The replacement concrete reinforcement plan and construction suggestions are provided, providing reference for similar projects. The finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the single replacement and two-stage replacement schemes for the full section of the beam-column joint separately. The results show that adopting a two-stage batch replacement scheme significantly reduces the maximum vertical displacement of the structure and the maximum tensile stress of the beam, and the reinforcement method is safe and reliable.
