In response to the key technical challenges faced in the assembly-type pavement construction at airports,this paper introduces the structural features of the assembly-type pavement panel used at a certain airport runway in the southeast coastal area.According to the local natural climate conditions,the construction key points and process flow of the assembly-type concrete form work preparation,aluminum alloy mold assembly,pavement panel precast curing,laying fine adjustment,and segmental injection of the site operation are described in detail.The advantages of the assembly-type concrete pavement promotion and application are given.The series of assembly-type pavement construction technologies obtained from the actual project will provide typical case analysis and experience reference for similar airport projects.
