摘要

随着CR200J动力集中型动车组在铁路客运逐步普及,未来CR200J动力集中动车组将逐渐替代普速客车承担其在旅客运输中的任务,亟需对现有客车技术整备所进行一定程度的适应性改造以满足CR200J在日常运用中整备作业需求,为铁路行车安全保驾护航.本文从双流客车技术整备所改扩建工程入手,分析普速客车设施用于整备CR200J动力集中动车组所进行的适应性升级改造,总结客车技术整备所工艺设计经验,并系统介绍CR200J动力集中动车组进行整备时所需关键设备.

Abstract

As the CR200J EMU train sets continue to gain widespread acceptance in railway passenger transportation,it is anticipated that the CR200J EMU train sets will progressively assume the responsibilities of conventional passenger trains in the domain of passenger carriage in the coming era.Presently,there is an imperative requirement for the adaptive enhancement of existing passenger train technical servicing depot,to accommodate the running preparations of the CR200J in the daily operations and to guarantee the integrity of railway operations.In this paper,based on the reconstruction and enlargement project of the Shuangliu Passenger Train Technical Servicing Depot,the adaptive upgrade and renovation of conventional passenger trains facilities for the servicing of the CR200J EMU train sets are analyzed,the process design experience of the passenger train technical servicing depot has been summarized,and the essential apparatus required for the upkeep of the CR200J EMU train sets have been systematically introduced.
