Analysis and Improvement Suggestions for Subway Line Rear-End Collision Accidents Under Low Adhesion Force Track Conditions
On the evening of December 2023,two trains rear-end collided[1]between stations in the ascending section of a certain railway line,and the investigation determined that it was a production safety accident.The accident not only reflects the potential risks in rail transit operation and the complexity of safety protection,but also reveals the challenges faced by rail transit safety operation under the influence of extreme weather.In the article,the basic situation of the rear-end collision accident on the line is introduced.Based on the analysis report issued by Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau,the occurrence,development process and key events of the accident are sorted out,the causes and common problems of the accident are summarized,and combined with the actual situation of domestic rail transit and the need for the construction of a new type of system,the lessons,experiences and improvement suggestions to be learned from the accident are proposed.
