全焊钢吊杆刚度对拱桥受力性能影响分析

下承式系杆拱桥一般在跨越河流、道路时中等跨径采用,具有刚度大、净空大、施工方便、对地基要求不高等特点.吊杆在国内一般采用以平行钢丝束为主的柔性吊杆,远视景观效果较差,近年来欧洲拱桥采用以全焊钢吊杆为代表的刚性吊杆工程越来越多.全焊钢吊杆通过节点焊接工艺连接拱肋和系梁,其截面拉压刚度和抗弯刚度对拱桥受力体系的影响至关重要,但目前国内文献鲜有报道,迫切需要进行研究.以全焊钢吊杆刚度为参数,分析不同刚度下全焊钢吊杆对拱桥受力性能的影响,为全焊钢吊杆拱桥刚性吊杆的设计与施工提供了参考.
Influence Analysis of the Stiffness of Fully Welded Steel Hanger on the Stress Performance of Arch Bridge
Lower-bearing tied arch bridge generally uses the medium span across rivers or roads,with higher stiffness,clearance,convenient construction,the lower foundation requirement,and so on.The domestic hanger mainly uses the flexible hanger with the parallel wire strand,and the distant landscape effect is poor.In recent years,the European arch bridge increases the use of rigid hanger with full welded steel hanger.The fully welded steel hanger connects the arch rib and the tie beam through the joint welding process,and the section tension stiffness and bending stiffness are very important to affect the stress system of the arch bridge.However,there are few reports in domestic literature at present,and there is an urgent need for research.Taking the stiffness of fully welded steel hanger as the parameter,this paper analyzes the influence of fully welded steel hanger with different stiffness on the stress performance of the arch bridge,provides reference for the design and construction of the rigid hanger for fully welded steel hanger arch bridges.
