The traditional pier concrete curing method has the problems of time-consuming and labor-intensive,low reusability,and large safety risk of aerial work in the implementation process,and cannot realize the insulation and steam curing of pier concrete.In this paper,the key factors and their working principles of bridge pier concrete curing were analyzed,and then the key factors were numerically simulated by large-scale finite element software,and the optimal maintenance scheme was obtained according to the simulation results.Using the multi-degree-of-freedom telescopic technology and automatic control technology,and the three-dimensional forward design,a concrete curing equipment for bridge piers was developed,which realized the thermal insulation and steam curing of pier concrete with formwork under the best curing conditions,and briefly described its main application advantages.The maintenance cover has been successfully applied in actual project,and has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
