Study on Construction Organization and Estimation of Subsea Tunnel Project
With the expansion of urban scale and the development of underground space, there are more and more underwater tunnel projects, which have become one of the prominent modes for cross-sea transportation. These projects involve complex geological environment and construction technology, making the study of construction organization and cost estimation for subsea tunnels crucial for enhancing the economic viability and safety of such engineering endeavors. This paper, based on case studies of the Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel, the Jintang Subsea Tunnel and other subsea tunnel projects, summarizes construction organization schemes and characteristics for subsea tunnel projects.Additionally,it proposes an index estimation method that the surpasses depth of feasibility study design based on subdivided project components, while also summarizing cost estimation indicators for various tunnel construction methods.Furthermore, several measures are proposed to control investment from three aspects:strengthening technical and economic analysis to determine construction plans, adopting economically feasible construction organization designs, and accurately estimating the project costs of major construction schemes. These findings are expected to provide references for the subsequent construction organization design and investment estimation of similar engineering projects.
