Driven by the wave of global digitalization,the railway industry is encountering unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Railway digital infrastructure,as the solid foundation for the digital transformation of railway industry,has become increasingly crucial.Firstly,the background and core concepts of the Digital Railway Planning are expounded,the macro framework for digital railway construction is outlined,and the design blueprint and key directions for railway digital transformation are clarified.Then,focusing on the core of digital railway construction—strengthening digital infrastructure,the evolution process and definition of digital infrastructure are studied and composition and core functions of railway digital infrastructure are clarified,highlighting its importance as a foundational support for the digital transformation of railway industry.Furthermore,how to infiltrate digital intelligent technology deeply into the digital transformation of the railway industry and the construction of railway digital infrastructure is explored through the construction of a series of innovative applications and intelligent systems to accelerate the process of digital transformation,providing solid support for the efficient,intelligent,and sustainable development of the railway industry.
