针对既有铁路四电(通信、信号、电力、接触网)内业资料管理的现状和存在问题,探讨基于数字孪生技术的解决方案,研发铁路四电内业资料管理系统.通过了解铁路工程建设管理单位对工程进度、质量及四电内业资料管理的主要需求,明确四电内业资料管理系统的功能规格,提出系统软、硬件架构设计方案,详细阐述各主要模块的功能;基于数字孪生五维模型关键要素进行系统建模和软件详细设计,实现系统业务功能.该系统在杭衢高铁等四电项目中得到实际应用,取得了较好的应用效果,充分验证了该系统在便捷性、数据安全性、适用性等方面的优势,同时提出后续需完善的功能等.
Research and Application of Internal Data Management System for Railway Communications,Signaling,Power Supply,and Overhead Contact System Based on Digital Twins Technology
To cope with the current status and main issues of internal data management of railway communications,signaling,power supply,and overhead contact system(OCS),a solution of internal data management using digital twin technology is explored and the internal data management system for railway communications,signaling,power supply,and OCS is developed.By investigating the main management requirements of railway construction management units for project progress,quality,as well as internal data of communications,signaling,power supply,and OCS,the functional specifications of the internal data management system are clarified,and the architectural design of its software and hardware are proposed.Based on key elements of five-dimensional structural digital twin model,the system is modeled and software detailed design is completed.The system has been applied in the practical projects,such as the project of communications,signaling,power supply,and OCS of Hangzhou—Quzhou high-speed railway,and achieved good application results,fully verifying the advantages of the system in terms of convenience,data security,applicability,etc.At the same time,the functions that need to be improved in the future are proposed.
