摘要

针对当前GSM-R进路预告业务故障分析覆盖面窄、工作效能低的现状,研究进路预告业务工作原理、GSM-R接口监测数据,分析铁路局相关设备运维工作要求.利用决策树算法、大数据分析和云计算技术,设计开发GSM-R进路预告故障自动分析系统,实现进路预告故障动态监测、原因自动分析、故障闭环管理和业务指标统计等功能.该系统在测试期间,未发生数据丢失和软硬件故障,进路预告故障动态监测和业务指标统计准确率达到100%,故障原因自动分析正确率大于95%,为GSM-R进路预告业务运用质量提升和同类系统开发、升级提供参考.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of the narrow scope and low operational efficiency of the fault analysis for the high-speed rail route advance notice service,the working principle of the route advance notice service and the GSM-R interface monitoring data are studied and the operation and maintenance requirements of the relevant equipment of the railway bureau are analyzed.Using decision tree algorithms,big data analysis,and cloud computing technology,the GSM-R route advance notice fault automatic analysis system has been designed and developed.This system realizes the functions of dynamic fault monitoring,automatic cause analysis,closed-loop management of fault disposal,and indicator statistics of the route advance notice service.During the testing of the system,there was no data loss or software/hardware failures,the accuracy rates of dynamic fault monitoring and service indicator statistics were both up to 100%,and the accuracy rate of the automatic analysis of fault causes exceeded 95%.The system provides a reference for the improvement of the service quality of the GSM-R route advance notice and the development and upgrade of similar systems.
