Study on Technical Scheme of Signal System for Extension Line of Qingdao Metro Line 2
The construction of the extension line of an urban rail transit will inevitably have a certain impact on the operation of the existing line.The selection of the signal system of the extension line and how to connect the signal system of the extension line with that of the existing line become the key factors affecting the opening and operation of the extension line.Based on the actual situation of the existing line and the extension line of Qingdao Metro Line 2,two schemes of the signal system for the extension line,one scheme adopting the same type of signal system of the existing line and the other adopting domestic signal system,are compared.And it is determined that domestic signal system is adopted for the extension line and the architecture and the advantages of the domestic signal system are described.The connectivity and inter-operation solution to the signal system of the extension line with that of the existing line is discussed,including sharing control center,software upgrading,hardware transformation,as well as testing and commissioning of the signal system of the extension line.Responding measures are also presented to cope with their discrepancies.For similar extension line project of a segmented opening in urban rail transit,this article can provide technical reference for the design scheme of the signal system to attain the goal of connecting the signal system of the extension line to that of the existing line without interrupting the normal operation of the existing line.
