城轨信号系统更新工程中车载设备改造技术方案研究

深圳地铁3号线信号系统由CITYFLO 650-I FULL型CBTC系统改造为TRANAVI型CBTC系统,需在既有列车上安装TRANAVI型CBTC系统对应的车载设备.由于既有信号车载设备占据了最佳安装位置,导致车内电气柜空间、车下轴端、车底空间等均无法直接满足新设备安装需求.为此,需结合既有车载设备情况及国内主流信号车载设备冗余配置方式,确定深圳地铁3号线信号系统车载设备改造方案.推荐采用双端冗余信号车载设备配置方案,以提高新系统的可靠性和可用性;明确信号系统车载设备与车辆的接口安装方案;在设备改造过渡阶段,提出在列车两端各设置一个倒切开关,实现新旧信号系统控车的无缝衔接.该技术方案可为其他城轨信号系统改造线路的车载设备安装提供参考.
Research on Technical Scheme of On-board Equipment Transformation of Signal System Renovation Project in Urban Rail Transit
The signal system of the Shenzhen Metro Line 3 has been renovated from CITYFLO 650-I FULL CBTC system to TRANAVI CBTC system and the corresponding on-board equipment of TRANAVI CBTC system needs to be installed on the existing trains.Due to the existing signal on-board equipment occupying the optimal installation position,the space in the vehicle electrical cabinet,the axle end under the vehicle,and the space under the vehicle cannot directly meet the installation requirements of the new equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to determine technical scheme of on-board equipment of signal system transformation of Shenzhen Metro Line 3 based on the situation of the existing on-board equipment and the redundancy configuration method of mainstream on-board equipment of signal system in China.It is recommended to adopt a dual ended redundant on-board equipment configuration scheme to improve the reliability and availability of the new system.Besides,the interface installation scheme between the on-board equipment and the vehicle is also clarified.In the transitional stage of equipment renovation,it is proposed to set up one inverted switch at each end of the train respectively to achieve seamless connection between the old and new signal system to control trains.The technical scheme can provide reference for the installation of on-board equipment for other urban rail transit signal system renovation lines.
