Evaluation and Action Strategies of International Cooperation in Higher Education of Shaanxi Province under the Belt and Road Initiative
The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)serves as an important means to promote international cooperation and exchanges in education at a higher level and in a larger scope.In the construction of the Belt and Road,higher education provides,on the one hand,the talents,ideas and technical support,and,on the other,seeks development through international cooperation.Based on the analysis of the international cooperation model in higher education of Shaanxi Province under the BRI,and by adopting the research methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper evaluates the supply capacity of the international cooperation services,the educational needs of international students,and the international education needs of students in Shaanxi Province.Based on this assessment,it proposes the conceptual ideas,policy support,top-level design and key tasks for international cooperation in higher education in Shaanxi,aiming to enhance the competitiveness of Shaanxi higher education,serve the Belt and Road construction,and promote high-quality economic and social development of Shaanxi Province.
