春秋战国时代是统一下的大分裂时代,也是酝酿着统一基因的大分裂时代.春秋战国时代维护国家安全的主体呈现出多元化,形成了天下—国—家的三阶层结构;通过变法图强,增强维护国家安全的能力;在重民思想的影响下,民众支持成为维护国家安全的重要因素;由于分封制、宗法制等制度的变革,阶层的上下流动成为维护政权安全的历史选择;作为国家安全的重要领域,领土安全在春秋战国时代具有新的形态,战败国以土地换和平成为新的诉求;战争的巨大破坏性催生了弭兵运动,成为古代历史上追求共同安全的伟大尝试;从华夷之辨到中华民族的大融合,塑造了密不可分的安全共同体.春秋战国时代的国家安全思想被打上了深深的时代烙印,它是优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,也为当代维护国家安全的理论注入丰富的历史养分.
Analysis of the National Security Thinking in the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period
The Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period were times of great transformation and division in China's history.Given the different characteristics of these two periods,it is necessary to pay attention to their respective particularities and differences while exploring the national security thinking at that time.The two periods were a time of great fission under unification,a fission also brewing the gene of unification.Maintenance of national security during this time were a multi-faceted process,resulting in a three-tier structure of the world—country—family.Reforms were adopted to enhance the states'national strength and national security competence,and people's support became an important factor in safeguarding the national security under the political thought of valuing the people.With the reform of the enfeoffment system and the patriarchal system,social mobility of classes became the historical choice to maintain the security of the regime.Territorial security,as an important domain of national security,took on new forms during the time with defeated states seeking peace through land exchanges.The immense destructiveness of warfare gave rise to large scale truce movement,as a great attempt in ancient history to pursue collective security.From the distinction between the Chinese and the barbarians to the great integration of the Chinese nation,a close-knit security community was formed.The national security thinking of the Spring-Autumn and the Warring States Periods bears the deep imprint of the times.It is an important part of excellent traditional Chinese culture and provides rich historical nourishment for contemporary theories of national security.
