党的二十大报告将"高质量发展"提到中国式现代化本质要求的高度,将它当作全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务.由此可见,高质量发展并不仅仅是一个经济问题,而是涉及中国式现代化方方面面的根本问题.从价值哲学角度看,高质量发展之所以对中国式现代化如此重要,是因为它总结了千百年来尤其近百年来人类发展的经验教训,旨在从根本上解决人类实践的三重矛盾,即人与自然之间、人与人之间、人与自身之间的矛盾,实现真正意义上的全面和谐.
Abstract
In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"high-quality development"has been elevated to a level that defines the essential requirement of Chinese modernization,making it the primary task in building a modern socialist country in all respects.Thus,it can be seen that high-quality development is not merely an economic issue,but a fundamental concern that encompasses all aspects of Chinese modernization.From a perspective of value philosophy,the significance of high-quality development to Chinese modernization lies in its synthesis of the experiences and lessons learned from centuries,especially the past century,of human development.Its aims are to fundamentally address the three contradictions in human practice:the contradiction between human beings and nature,between human themselves,and within individuals,so as to achiev true comprehensive harmony of society.
