大型铁路客运站旅客进站流线仿真及优化

摘要
随着科技发展和社会进步,一些根据传统设计理念建设而成的大型铁路客运站已无法满足新时代日益增长的高质量客流出行需求,诸如旅客进站流程复杂、站内迂回走行多、客流拥堵严重等潜在问题逐步显现出来.以我国大型铁路客运枢纽郑州东站为例,详细介绍了基于AnyLogic平台模拟旅客进站流线组织现状的仿真模型构建过程,以各进站厅的旅客平均进站时间、各客运设备前的旅客平均排队人数为评价指标分析当前客流组织存在的问题,提出了包含降低流线密度法、提高流动速度法、消除流线瓶颈法和疏解流线交叉法4类普适性流线调整方法的联合优化措施,利用流线仿真实验验证了优化调整方案的合理性和有效性,为大型铁路客运站的流线组织工作提出了建设性的意见.
Abstract
Technological progress and social development have induced the incompatibility between the large-scale railway passenger stations constructed in outdated ways and the ever-growing demands of passengers for comfortable trips,with hidden problems including complicated entry processes,complex routes in the station,and severe passenger congestion emerging.Taking Zhengzhoudong Railway Station,a large-scale passenger transport hub in China,as the study object,this paper first elaborated on the construction of the simulation model based on Anylogic for reproducing the current flow line organization.Next,the average entry time from each entrance and the average queue length of each passenger equipment were used as the evaluation indexes to analyze problems existing in the current passenger flow organization.After that,the optimized joint measures formed by reducing flow line density,increasing flow speed,eliminating flow line bottleneck,and relieving flow line crossing,four universal adjustment methods,were proposed,and these measures were validated by flow line simulation experiments.This paper can provide valuable suggestions for flow line organizations in other large-scale railway passenger stations.
