Passing Capacity Analysis of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway before and after Speed Increase Based on Train Grouping
The Guiyang-Guangzhou High Speed Railway is the first high speed railway line whose operating speed is increased from 250 km/h to 300 km/h,so it is of great significance to analyze the change in its passing capacity after increasing the speed,so as to guide other passenger-dedicated lines to increase the speed.By taking the stopping plan of the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway before and after the speed increase in the downward direction as the research object, the trains with the same departure and destination were classified, and similar trains were included into stopping groups. Then, the ratio of the number of stopping groups to the total number of train stops was used as the stopping coefficient,so as to further judge the change in the passing capacity of the section before and after the speed increase. The results show that the stopping coefficient of the train working diagram of the Guiyang-Guangzhou railway varies from 0.232 to 0.227 in a quarter before and after the speed increase.Based on the stopping frequency at each station, the passing capacity of the section after the speed increase is improved. This method simplifies the comparative study of the impact of the stopping scheme on the passing capacity of the section and provides a reference for other high speed railway lines after speed increase.
