摘要

160 km/h动力集中动车组列车具有快速、舒适、编组灵活、折返换端快等优点,可有效释放紧张线路和枢纽运输能力、优化开行结构,满足无客运专线的城市间客运提质需求;开行需符合一定的客流需求和客流偏好、设施技术条件,通过运用灵活组织方式和存检修能力优化提升运用效率;目前在西北、西南等区域开行状况良好,动力集中动车组可适度替换城际动力分散动车组、适合开行跨境列车,可提升普速铁路客运产品供给质效、提升旅客出行体验,且具有一定成本优势,对提高普速铁路市场竞争力具有运营实践价值.

Abstract

The 160 km/h power-concentrated electric multiple units(EMUs)have the advantages of fast speed,comfortability,flexible formation,and short turn-backing time.They can release the capacity of tight railway lines and junctions,optimize operation structure,and satisfy passenger transport quality improvement demand between cities without passenger-dedicated lines.In addition,it is necessary to meet the requirements and preferences of passenger flow and facility and equipment conditions and enhance operation efficiency by utilizing flexible organization methods and optimizing storage and maintenance capability before running the power-concentrated EMUs.Currently,power-concentrated EMUs run well in the northwest and southwest regions.Power-concentrated EMUs are suitable for appropriately replacing the intercity power-distributed EMUs and serving as the cross-border train.They can enhance passenger transport quality and efficiency,as well as passenger travel experience,and have certain cost advantages.Therefore,power-concentrated EMUs have operation and practice value for enhancing conventional railway market competitiveness.
