摘要

为了提升高速铁路运营品质,满足旅客不同出行需求,研究铁路票价浮动前后收益的平衡点,建立基于旅客出行需求细分下的列车票价浮动前后的票款收益模型.通过深入剖析铁路用户的行为数据和交易数据,深入挖掘旅客群体特征,细分旅客出行需求,形成旅客精准用户画像数据.构建列车票价浮动前后的票款收益模型,研究票价浮动后的浮动平衡点,计算票价浮动平衡点对应的票价浮动折扣率,此折扣率为铁路盈利的最低线.以2023年12月1日北京—西安票价浮动列车为例进行实证分析,验证模型的可行性与有效性,研究结果可以为我国铁路客运票价浮动策略的制定提供理论支撑,为票价浮动策略的优化调整提供参考.

Abstract

To enhance the operation quality of high speed railways and meet the diverse travel demands of passengers,the balance point of revenue before and after the floating of railway ticket prices was studied,and a ticket revenue model before and after the floating of train ticket prices based on the subdivision of passengers'travel demands was established.By deeply analyzing the behavioral data and transaction data of railway users,deeply exploring the characteristics of passenger groups,and subdividing passenger travel demands,precise user portrait data of passengers was formed.The ticket revenue model before and after the floating of train ticket prices was constructed to study the floating balance point after the floating of ticket prices and calculate the ticket price floating discount rate corresponding to the floating balance point.This discount rate was the lowest line for railway profitability.By taking the train with a floating ticket price from Beijing to Xi'an on December 1,2023 as an example,empirical analysis was conducted,and the feasibility and validity of the model were verified.The research results could provide theoretical support for the formulation of the floating strategy of railway passenger ticket prices in China and provide a reference for the optimization and adjustment of the floating strategy.
