天津市域铁路Z2线BIM分类编码与竣工交付标准研究与实践

摘要
市域铁路数字化竣工交付工作面临诸多难点,尤其是缺乏统一的BIM分类编码和竣工交付标准,很难高效地打通建设期与运营期工程信息传递路径.为提升市域铁路工程BIM交付应用效率,依托天津市域铁路Z2线工程开展了BIM分类编码与竣工交付标准研究与实践工作,提出市域铁路工程BIM竣工交付标准,明确竣工阶段BIM交付的范围和原则,规范BIM分类编码的规则和方法,阐明BIM分类编码在交付过程的应用要点.研究成果在Z2线应用表明:通过应用BIM竣工交付与分类编码标准可以高效完成市域铁路工程数字化成果交付的关键环节,满足Z2线工程BIM竣工交付进度和精度要求,有效打通了BIM成果交付路径,为BIM技术落地应用提供了技术标准支撑,可为京津冀地区市域铁路工程BIM竣工交付提供示范和参考.
Abstract
A lot of difficulties,especially the lack of unified standards for classification and coding and completion and delivery by BIM,exist in the digital completion and delivery of urban railways,making it difficult to efficiently transfer engineering information between the construction period and operation period.To improve the delivery efficiency of urban railway projects by BIM,this paper studied the standards and practice of classification and coding and completion and delivery by BIM with Tianjin urban railway Z2 Line as an example.The standards for completion and delivery by BIM of urban railway projects were proposed,the scope and principles of BIM delivery in the completion stage were defined,the rules and methods of classification and coding by BIM were developed,and the key points of applying the BMI classification and coding in the delivery stage were illustrated.Research results from the application in Line Z2 show that by using standards for completion and delivery and classification and coding by BIM,the key link of digital delivery of urban railway projects can be completed efficiently,and the schedule and accuracy requirements of BIM completion and delivery of Line Z2 project can be met.Finally,BIM results can be delivered effectively.Technical standards in this paper can support the application and implementation of BIM technology,and this paper can provide a reference for the completion and delivery by BIM of the urban railway projects in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
