摘要
目的:研究中毒严重度评分(PSS)与急性百草枯中毒患者预后的关系.方法:回顾性分析56例百草枯中毒患者入院即刻PSS评分,观察预后情况.结果:PSS评分与百草枯中毒患者预后有相关性(P<0.01),PSS评分越高,病死率越高,PSS评分与APACHEⅡ评分具有显著一致性(P<0.01).结论:入院时PSS评分可应用于急性百草枯中毒患者的病情严重程度及预后的评价.
Abstract
Objective:To research prognostic connection of the paraquat poisoning patients with poisoning severity score(PSS). Methods; PSS was applied to evaluate 56 patients with paraquat poisoning and observed their prognosis. Results; There was a significant connection of prognostic values in PSS (P <0. 01). The higher thePSS was, the higer the fatality rate was. PSS was obviously consistent with APACHE II. Conclusion; PSS can be applied to assess the clinical severity and the prognosis of paraquat poisoning patients.
