Objective:To construct a prognostic model of disulfidptosis-related long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)for predicting the survival of cervical cancer.Methods:307 cervical cancer RNA sequencing data and clinical information were downloaded from TCGA database and randomly divided into training and test set.The disulfidptosis-related lncRNA were obtained by co-expression analysis and regression analysis, and a prognostic model was constructed.Patients were divided into high risk group and low risk group based on median risk score.Finally,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,Cox regression analysis, receiver operator characteristic curves, principal component analysis, calibration curve evaluation model were used to evaluate the prediction efficiency of the model. Results:A total of 3 disulfidptosis-related lncRNA were obtained and prognosis models were constructed.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of the high-risk group was shorter than that of the low-risk group, the mortality rate was higher than low-risk patients.Cox regression analysis showed that risk score was an independent prognostic factor. The AUC of survival rates for 1-year,3-year and 5-year were 0.780,0.701 and 0.716.The principal component analysis and calibration curve evaluation showed that the prediction model was close to the idealized model. Conclusion:A prognostic model of disulfidptosis-related lncRNA in cervical cancer is constructed, which is effective.
