摘要
目的:评价并总结出院准备服务在精神疾病患者中应用的最佳证据.方法:按"6S"金字塔模型系统检索国内外各指南网、相关协会网站和数据库中关于出院准备服务在精神疾病患者中应用的证据.结果:共纳入10 篇文献,其中包括指南1 篇、证据总结1 篇、技术报告1 篇、系统评价7 篇,最终总结了22 条精神疾病患者出院准备服务的证据,包括出院准备服务的基本原则、参与人员、服务内容3 个方面.结论:本研究在精神疾病患者出院准备服务方面为医护人员提供了一定的循证依据,在证据应用时应针对患者的具体情况及临床实际情境,为精神疾病患者提供个性化、高质量的护理.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the use of discharge planning in patients with mental illness.Methods:The"6S"evidence model was used to systematically search for evidence on the use of discharge planning for patients with mental illness in national and international guideline networks,relevant association websites and databases.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,including 1guideline,1 evidence summary,1 technical report,and 7 systematic reviews.The final report summarizes 22 pieces of evidence on discharge planning for people with mental illness,including the basic principles of discharge planning,team members,and service content.Conclusion:This study provides a certain evidence-based basis for healthcare professionals in terms of discharge planning for patients with mental illness,and the application of evidence should be tailored to the specific patient and the actual clinical situation to provide personalized,high-quality care for patients with mental illness.
