Objective:To understand the current status and development trend of the application of intensive care model in the field of intravenous therapy in China,in order to provide reference for further relevant research.Methods:Literature related to the application of intensive care model in the field of intravenous therapy was searched in the China Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Data),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from the establishment of the database to June 30,2023,and was merged and de-duplicated by using the NoteExpress 3.7 software,and analyzed by using the CitesSpace 6.1.R6 software for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 819 documents were included in this study,with an overall increasing trend in the number of publications;Originating from 230 journals,of which the journal with the largest number of publications was《Medicine and Health》(51),accounting for 6.23%of the overall number of publications;SHI Tian was a prolific author in this field(4);The main publishing institutions were concentrated in central and southern China;Keywords analysis showed that,the hotspots of research were mostly focused on the intervention of catheter-related complications and treatment of catheter-related complications,and the research trend focuses more on patient satisfaction and quality of life.Conclusion:The introduction of intensive care into the field of intravenous therapy in China started relatively late,lacking relevant authoritative guidelines and policy guidance,the type of research is relatively single,lack of high-quality in-depth research,and the effect of its application is in the excavation stage;in the future,this field should focus more on improving the quality of life of the patients,their satisfaction,and the long-term effects,in order to realize the characteristic advantages of its management mode.
