基于CiteSpace和VOS viewer的冠状动脉疾病多组学研究

摘要
目的:基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer探讨冠状动脉疾病(CAD)多组学研究的热点与趋势.方法:通过检索Web of Science核心合集数据库和中国知网、万方、维普数据库,获取各数据库建库至2023年9月26日有关CAD多组学研究的相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.2.R2、VOSviewer 1.6.19绘制中英文文献时间线图、国家合作强度、国家引文爆发图、机构、作者、期刊双图叠加、共引文献及关键词图谱.结果:共纳入英文文献4 918条,中文文献538条.美国、中国、英格兰是发文量位居前三的国家,哈佛大学及哈佛医学院是该领域领先的研究机构,SCHUNKERT,HERIBERT发表论文最多.全基因组关联、单核苷酸多态性、位点、孟德尔随机化是最常见的关键词.结论:由靶向分子介导的CAD机制探讨是目前研究的主要热点,未来的研究将致力于促进多组学研究在CAD个体化风险预测、早期诊断及精准医疗的临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer,this paper discusses the hot spots and trends of multi-omics research in coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:By searching the core collection database of web of science and CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,the relevant literature on CAD multi-omics researches from the establishment of each database to September 26th,2023 was obtained.Intensity,institutions,authors,journals,co-cited literature and keyword maps were drawn by CiteSpace6.2.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.19.Results:A total of 4 918 English literatures and 538 Chinese literatures were included.The United States,China and England were the top three countries in the number of publications,Harvard University and Harvard Medical School were the leading research institutions in the field,and Schunkert have published the most papers.Genome-wide associations,single nucleotide polymorphisms,loci,and atherosclerosis were the most common keywords.Conclusion:The study on the mechanism of CAD mediated by genetic genes and the improvement of drug targets is the main focus of current researches,and future researches will be committed to promote the clinical application of multi-omics research in individualized risk prediction,early diagnosis and precise treatment of CAD.
