Objective:To explore the effects of psychological flexibility training on sleep quality, anxiety and depression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy.Methods:Eighty-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly assigned to control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention for 8 weeks, while the observation group was given psychological resilience training on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The differences between the two groups of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after intervention. Results:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of PSQI,SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the PSQI,SAS,and SDS scores in the observation group exhibited a significant decrease compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 95.2%,which was higher than 85.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience training for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the quality of sleep and clinical nursing satisfaction, and the clinical effect is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
