摘要
目的:通过循证证据总结肺癌患者术后最佳居家运动方式,为肺癌患者术后居家运动提供证据支持.方法:系统检索数据库、Cochrane图书馆、荷兰医学文摘数据库、CINAHL、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据库、中国知网、万方、维普、SinoMed及各指南网中公开发表的肺癌患者术后居家运动管理的相关文献,包括临床指南、专家共识、系统评价、Meta分析、随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年12月.经过质量评价并结合专业判断,对证据进行提取汇总.结果:共纳入15篇文献,包括2篇指南、4篇专家共识、6篇系统评价、3篇随机对照研究.最终从运动的必要性、运动评估、运动方式、运动强度、运动时间及频率、运动安全性6个方面形成肺癌患者术后居家运动的最佳证据.结论:本研究总结了肺癌患者术后居家运动的最佳证据,临床医护人员可根据患者个体化情况制定更有针对性的运动方案.
Abstract
Objective:To retrieve and summarize the best evidence of postoperative home-based exercise management in lung cancer patients,and to provide reference for postoperative home-based exercise of lung cancer patients.Methods:The databases were searched including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,JBI,Yimaitong,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,then to obtain all the evidence on postoperative home-based exercise management.The retrieved evidence included guidelines,expert consensuses,systematic reviews,Meta analyses and randomized controlled trials.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to December,2023.After quality evalution and combined professional judgement,the evidence is extracted and summarizes.Results:A total of 15 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,4 expert consensus reports,6 systematic reviews,and 3 randomized controlled trials.Finally,the best evidence of postoperative home-based exercise in lung cancer patients were extracted from 6 aspects,including exercise evaluation,exercise mode,exercise intensity,exercise time and frequency,and exercise safety monitoring.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence of postoperative exercise for lung cancer patients,and clinical medical staff can develop more targeted exercise programs according to the individualized situation of patients.
