模糊综合评价法在灭菌包装材料选择上的应用研究

目的:本研究引入了模糊综合评价法,旨在更精准地评估灭菌包装材料在手术物品包装上的合理使用,以提升消毒供应中心的整体运营效率和服务质量.方法:采用模糊综合评价法对各种灭菌包装材料进行综合评估,统计3 种不同质量的手术器械包使用不同包装材料的得分,最终优化出3 种类别手术器械包对应的最适包装材料.以 2022 年12 月未实施统一包装材料器械包为对照组,以 2023 年6 月已实施统一包装材料器械包作为试验组,比较两组的物品包装合格率、临床科室满意度和操作便携性.结果:硬质容器在手术物品类别1(5~7 kg)表现出最高的系统得分,为3.38 分,被推荐为该物品类别的首选包装材料.而针对手术物品类别2(3~5 kg)和类别3(<3 kg),纸塑包装袋则凭借其高效、经济的优势获得最高系统得分,成为优选包装材料.实施优化后的包装材料管理策略后,试验组的物品包装合格率、操作便捷性及临床满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:模糊综合评价法为消毒供应中心在包装材料选择上提供了科学、合理的决策依据,实现了经济效益与工作效率的双重提升,是值得推广的一种灭菌包装效能量化指标.
Objective:This study introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to more accurately evaluate the rational use of sterilization packaging materials in surgical item packaging,in order to improving the overall operational efficiency and service quality of disinfection supply center.Methods:Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate various sterilization packaging materials,and the scores of different packaging materials used for three different weight of surgical instrument packages were calculated.Finally,the optimal packaging materials corresponding to the three categories of surgical instrument packages were optimized.The control group was the equipment package without unified packaging materials implemented in December 2022,and the experimental group was the equipment package with unified packaging materials implemented in June 2023,the qualification rate of goods packaging,operational convenience,and clinical departments satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Hard containers showed the highest systematic score of 3.38 in surgical item category 1(5-7 kg)and were recommended as the preferred packaging material for this item category.For surgical item categories 2(3-5 kg)and 3(<3 kg),paper plastic packaging bags have achieved the highest system score due to their high efficiency and economic advantages,making them the preferred packaging material.After implementing the optimized packaging material management strategy,the qualification rate of goods packaging,operational convenience,and clinical departments satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method provides a scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for the selection of packaging materials for disinfection supply center,achieving a dual improvement in economic benefits and work efficiency.It is a quantifiable indicator of sterilization packaging efficiency that is worth promoting.
