Since Madness and Civilization,Foucault had been committed to constructing the theory of the so-called"visual society"history, advocating the concept of supervision as a governing principle and its em-pirical analysis. He also regarded knowledge discourse as the principle of historical domination, especially the discourse of law and trial, which can form different relational grids and orders through the triangle of knowl-edge-subject-power.With the publication of Discipline and Punish:The Birth of the Prison,Foucault began to expand his research focus from the order of discourse to the non-discourse order, including the techniques of governing the body, architectural structures, and the evolutionary history of various power devices. This article comprehensively examines and deeply analyzes the proposition group of Foucault style legal sociology and its significance in the digital age based on the aforementioned ideological framework.
