摘要

目前静载试验是确定基桩承载力最直观可靠的方法,但高承载力基桩给检测工作带来巨大挑战.鉴于大吨位静载试验设备和测试风险都远比小吨位要求高,试验过程存在诸多安全隐患和困难,工程检测人员必须全面考虑稳妥处理方案.从设备安装选择、承载力和变形验算、试验安全问题等方面详细介绍了试验重点要点,探讨解决方案,给出相关选择计算方法.结合工程实例,对各步骤进行了全面分析.研究表明,该试验方法稳定可靠,可为大吨位静载试验检测积累经验,提供有益参考.

Abstract

The static load test is still the most intuitive and reliable method for determining the axial capacity of foundation piles.With the development of the economy,science and technology,the experience of engineering designers is becoming in-creasingly rich,and the axial capacity of the pile foundation design is also gradually increasing.High axial capacity piles pose great challenges to the testing work,and more attention should be paid to the safety,accuracy,and efficiency of the large ton-nage tests.Given that the requirements for the large tonnage static load testing equipment and testing risks are much higher than those for the small tonnage,there are many safety hazards and difficulties in the testing process.Therefore,engineering inspectors must comprehensively consider a prudent treatment plan.The key points of the experiment were introduced in detail from the aspects of the equipment installation selection,axial capacity and deformation verification,and safety issues during the experiment.Solutions were explored,and relevant selection calculation methods were provided.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on each step based on engineering examples.Results show that this test method is stable and reliable and can accu-mulate experience and provide a useful reference for the large tonnage static load tests.
