摘要
入队、入团、入党,是青年追求政治进步的"人生三部曲".构建党、团、队一体化"育新人"的评价指标体系是青少年奏好"人生三部曲"的衡量依据和重要抓手.从历史、理论、现实三重维度出发,党、团、队一体化"育新人"的评价指标体系包括胸怀"两个大局"的总体性评价指标、"德智体美劳"全要素评价的静态性评价指标、"入队、入团、入党"阶梯式评价的动态化评价指标.基于"时代新人铸魂工程"对一体化育人的要求,应从"队伍+合力""理论+制度""资源+平台"多元角度,促进评价指标体系落地、落实、落细,发挥党、团、队一体化"育新人"评价指标体系的现实价值,助力培养担当民族复兴重任的时代新人.
Abstract
Joining the Chinese Young Pioneers,joining the Communist Youth League of China,and joining the Commu-nist Party of China represent a"trilogy of life"for young people to pursue political progress.The construction of the eval-uation index system for"educating a new generation"within these organizations is the measuring basis and the important means for young people to play the"trilogy of life".From the three dimensions of history,theory and reality,the inte-grated evaluation index system for"educating a new generation"of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League of China and the Chinese Young Pioneers includes the overall evaluation index of the"two overall situations",the static evaluation index covering the total factor evaluation of the"morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor",and the dynamic evaluation index of the ladder evaluation of"joining the Chinese Young Pioneers,the Commu-nist Youth League of China,the Communist Party of China".Based on the requirements of"The Soul Casting Project of the New Generation"for integrated education,from the perspectives of"team and joint force","theory and system"and"resource and platform",we should promote the implementation and elaboration of the evaluation index system,give full play to the practical value of the integrated evaluation index system for"educating a new generation"applied by the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League of China and the Chinese Young Pioneers,and help to cultivate the generation in the new era who shoulder the important task of national rejuvenation.
