Adaptation and Transformation:A Research on the Mechanism for Constructing Rural Elderly Care Model—Based on the Investigation of M Town's Resettlement Site for Poverty Alleviation Relocation in Chongqing
In the context of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization,there is a close correlation between the dy-namic mechanism and elderly care model of rural elderly groups in coping with pension predicament.As a theoretical par-adigm,resilience integrates adaptation and transformation,with adaptation emphasizing autonomy and transformation fo-cusing on precision.As important mechanisms for rural elderly groups to cope with pension predicament,adaptation and transformation are indispensable,and the former provides the foundation for the latter.In the process of the transition from adaptation to transformation,the elderly population in rural areas is internally divided into three groups due to the differ-ences in age and ability of action,thus arising three different elderly care model replacement.Middle-aged elderly people change from the reciprocal pension to the service-based pension.Younger and middle-aged elderly people shift from scat-tered group-based support to centralized mutual aid support.Younger-aged elderly people turn from land endowment to cooperative endowment.Regardless of the elderly care model,only by strengthening the concept of mutual assistance can rural elderly groups enjoy their old age in peace.
