蓄盐类沥青混合料路用性能和盐析试验研究

针对目前蓄盐类材料效果参差不齐的现象,对两种蓄盐类沥青混合料进行路用性能和电导率法盐析试验.路用性能试验结果表明:掺加1#抗凝冰剂和2#抗凝冰剂的蓄盐类沥青混合料的水稳定性、高低温性能和渗水性能均能满足规范的技术要求.电导率法盐析试验结果表明:1#抗凝冰剂和2#抗凝冰剂能够起到抑制冻结作用的有效时间分别为90、24 h.
Experimental Research on Road Performance and Salting-out of Salt-storing Asphalt Mixture
In view of the fact that the application effects of salt storage materials are uneven,this paper tests the road per-formance and salting out effect of the two kinds of salt storage asphalt mixtures.The road performance test re-sults show that the water stability,high and low temperature performance and water seepage performance of the salt storage asphalt mixture mixed with 1#anti freezing agent and 2#anti freezing agent can meet the techni-cal requirements of the specification.The results of conductivity method salting out test show that the effective time for 1#and 2#anti freezing agents to inhibit freezing is 90 hours and 24 hours respectively.
