旋喷桩加固隔离桩对既有桥梁变形控制研究

为分析下穿盾构隧道施工对采用了双重管高压旋喷桩加固隔离措施的桥梁结构安全影响,以广东某输水隧道下穿甬莞高速(双向四车道)高架桥旋喷桩加固为例,分析了旋喷桩加固机理,采用数值模拟结合工程监测的方法,对盾构隧道施工引起的土体位移、地表沉降和桥墩变形进行了分析.结果表明:旋喷桩加固措施能有效控制隧道施工中引起的地层变形,缩小施工对土体的扰动范围,施工下穿隧道引起桥墩的竖向位移与沉降差符合桥梁结构对变形的要求,监测数据印证了数值模拟计算结果,双重管旋喷桩加固隔离措施效果明显,可保证桥梁的安全与正常运营.
In order to analyze the impact of underpass shield tunnel construction on the safety of bridge structure under the isolation measures of double-pipe high-pressure jet grouting piles,this study examines the strengthening mechanism employed in the construction of Yongguan High-Speed Viaduct′s water transmission tunnel in Guangdong.The analysis focuses on soil displacement,surface settlement,and pier deformation caused by shield tunnel construction.The findings indicate that:Rotary jet grouting piles as reinforcement measures ef-fectively control formation deformations resulting from tunnel construction,minimize soil disturbance during construction,and mitigate vertical displacement and settlement differences in bridge piers caused by tunnel-ing activities while meeting structural deformation requirements.Monitoring data corroborate numerical simu-lation results,guaranteeing the effectiveness of dual pipe rotary jet grouting piles as isolation measures for en-suring bridge safety and normal operation.
