为探索多样化、精确化的高速公路差异化收费政策,收集山东省交通网络数据,采用TransCAD软件建立复杂路网仿真模型,在传统四阶段法的基础上,使用高速公路和国省道交通流量数据计算得到分配所需的OD矩阵,利用多模式多用户交通分配模型分析实例路段差异化收费前后交通流量的变化情况.以山东省内某高速公路为例,对分路段和分车型2类差异化收费方案进行比较.
Differentiated Toll Collection Scheme and Simulation Study of Expressway Based on MMA
In order to diversify and precise differentiated charging policies of expressway,this paper collected the traffic network data of Shandong Province,established a complex road network simulation model using TransCAD software.On the basis of the traditional four-stage method,the OD matrix is calculated by using the traffic flow data of expressways and national and provincial highways,and the change of traffic flow before and after differentiated toll collection is analyzed by Multi-Model Multi-Class Assignment.Taking A Expressway in Shandong Province as an example,this paper makes a comparison of two kinds of differentiated charging schemes by sections and models,and calculates the charging schemes.
