为研究不同档位的沥青混合料回收料(RAP)精分料对沥青混合料性能的影响,依托油石分离技术,利用物理碰撞方式将RAP精分为粒径16~25 mm、10~16 mm、5~10 mm、3~5 mm、0~3 mm五档料,采用70#道路石油沥青为新加沥青,进行分档替换RAP精分料的Sup-20配合比设计,从高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等方面验证其路用性能.研究表明:分档替换对沥青混合料最佳综合油石比影响不大,皆在4.5%左右;对混合料的高温稳定性影响不大;替换的档位越小,低温抗裂性和水稳定性方面性能越优;包括100%掺量在内的6种替换,其低温抗裂性皆不满足规范要求.因此在RAP精分料的设计过程中应严格控制细档料的添加.
Research on the Road Performance of Recycled Asphalt Pavement Fine Fractionation Sup-20 Based on Grading Replacement
In order to study the impact of different grades of recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)fine aggregate on the per-formance of asphalt mixtures,this article relies on the oil stone separation technology and uses physical colli-sion to divide RAP fine aggregate into five grades:16-25mm,10-16mm,5-10mm,3-5mm,0-3mm.70#road petroleum asphalt is used as the new asphalt to replace the RAP fine aggregate Sup-20 in the mix design.Its road performance is verified from high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water stability.Research has shown that the effect of graded replacement on the optimal comprehensive asphalt stone ratio of asphalt mixtures is not significant,all around 4.5%;Grading replacement has little effect on the high-temperature stability of the mixture;The smaller the gear being replaced,the better the low-tempera-ture crack resistance and water stability performance;The six substitutions,including 100%dosage,do not meet the low-temperature crack resistance requirements of the specifications.Therefore,the addition of fine materials should be strictly controlled during the design process of RAP fine separation.
