多因素影响下的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料压实特性研究

考虑泡沫沥青冷再生路面的压实质量直接影响路用性能和耐久性,测定不同因素(拌和时间、拌和温度、成型温度、不同回收料)影响下泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的空隙率、冻融劈裂强度比变化对泡沫沥青冷再生路面压实特性的影响规律.结果表明:泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的最佳拌和时间为1.5 min;适当提高拌和及成型温度对提高混合料成型质量有利;100%废旧基层材料(RBP)的试件成型质量最好,废旧沥青路面材料(RAP)∶RBP=63∶37的试件较前者的体积指标和强度指标略有下降.
Study on Compaction Characteristics of Foam Asphalt Cold Recycling Mixture under the Influence of Multiple Factors
Considering the compaction quality of foam asphalt cold recycling pavement directly affects pavement perfor-mance and durability.by measuring the change of void ratio and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of foam as-phalt cold recycled mixture under the influence of different factors(mixing time,mixing temperature,mold-ing temperature,different recycled materials),this paper on the compaction characteristics of foam asphalt cold recycled pavement.The results show that the best mixing time of foam asphalt cold recycling mixture is 1.5 min;Properly increasing the mixing and forming temperature is beneficial for improving the quality of the mixture forming;The specimen with 100%RBP has the best molding quality,while the specimen with RAP∶RBP=63∶37 has a slight decrease in volume and strength indicators compared to the former.
